Hi, I am retired and spend my time painting and writing children's stories. I also spend time volunteering at the Animal Protective Association.
I never had a weight problem in my younger years, but do now! When I started my weight loss I was clear up to 192. Makes me cringe thinking I was that heavy. I have vowed to get to a reasonable weight and stay there. My goal is 155,lbs. I am 5 foot 6" tall, as I am older, I think that 155 is a reasonable weight, for me to strive for. I can't believe I am saying that, as when I was younger would not have wanted to weight more than 130. I have come to realize, as one ages we need a little more weight on the old bones!
