Hi,
I'm over 50 (you know we don't like telling our age). I've been having trouble these last few years with my weight. I am asthmatic and have been on medication which has increased my weight. I now have my asthma under control so now I must work on the weight.
I try to work out during my lunch hour, which include walking the tread mill and weights.
I currently work a full 40 hours per week and take online classes, I will have my degree in March of 2010, Lord willing. I'm married with 2 adult children.
