In the beginning I weighed 189 lbs, in better than moderate shape yet not excellent... 2020 a surgery for a colostomy reversal went bad and landed me in ICU ... since then my activity has been nil and have gained 175lbs of ugliness... 05/07/2023 I learned I was diabetic due to the sedentary life complicated from my illness and the scamdemic..
