I am in my early 50s, have struggled with weight for a long time, but since age 45 it has been hugely difficult and I am the heaviest I have ever been. I feel much older than I am, and I would really like to be more active and energetic. I am starting a low carb diet because low fat has not worked for me, and I dont want to eat so much frankenfood. I work full time so I dont have a lot of cooking time, and need to find stuff I can prepare in advance. I am determined to lose weight and hope to use the forum to help myself if times feel tough!
