Hi , I am back and determined to release this extra weight. Finally retired and enjoying it, children are grown and on their own. Time to focus on my health, and get strong and hopefully a little less weight. My goal is to lose 45 pounds. Starting at 195 and goal weight 150 . Being positive and being less perfectionistic , I plan on making a life style that supports my life. I will be more active, because I love hiking, biking and gardening. So here it starts I look forward to meeting like mind people here to help my with my future goals.
