My tummy is my main area of concern, and I know its big because I drink too much wine! I found this site by accident and I'm glad I did, because the Reduce Alcohol challenge seems perfect for me. I'm also going to do the 1200 Calorie challenge too, cause doing them together should lead to a skinnier me, I now weigh about 10 and a half stone and want to weigh at least a stone less asap!! Hopefully this is the place to help me succeed at this.
