I have been heavy all of my life. I lost weight one time after I graduated from high school and felt really good about myself. I did tons of walking and the weight just came off.
When I was 20 and in nursing school I got pregnant and gained total of 85lbs. My highest pregnancy weight was 315. My son is almost 8yrs old and I am still struggling to get and keep the weight off.
I started Atkins on 1/1/09 to kickstart my weight loss. My goal is to at least get to my prepregnancy weight which was around 230; then keep going until i'm 190lb. GOD willing I will meet and keep my goal this time!!!
