Mom of 3 boys, full time working, been up and down all my life between 52 and 74 kilos. I have periods of time when I enjoy to swim, practice Taekwondo and go to gym. I have as well periods of time when I can not stop eating sweats, even 300 g af chocolate daily and other 5-6 pastries. I always need a good reason to slim. Last time was a pair of jeans.
Now I am searching for a better reason. Unfortunately I gained 11 kilos between March – August 2015 and I am so disappointed of myself.
Stared again with diet and sport from 21 of September and lost by today 2 kilos (30 sept). I am still looking for a good reason to keep going. And happy to meet others fighting for the same cause as me
