Hi my name is Tina and I'm turning 40 in August. I am on a mission to get in shape and feel great by that date. I have been on Atkins for about 2 mos. already and have only lost around 6 pounds. I feel great, and have decided to eat this way forever! I lost weight, big time, about 6 years ago on Atkins but gained the weight back when I went back to eating whatever I thought I wanted. I am focused and determined now and ready to fight this battle and eventually win the war against my body fat! I have not cheated at all on Atkins, even on vacation. I am a turtle due to my hormonal imbalance, but it makes me work that much harder.
