I am a Stay at home mom. When I was 24 I had twins and have had a hard time getting the weight off from that. The twins where 7 and 6 pounds full term. I have flat feet so exercise is hard but I have new supports so It will be getting easier. I am also a Girl Scout leader for 21 girls age Kindergarten through the 12th grade. This year it will work I have tried diets before but always failed. I figure if I am accountable for the food I eat and the exercise I do then the wight will come off. I really started my weight loss on the 1st of Feb and so far I have lost 7 Pounds I want to lose 140 pounds I currently weigh 288 I was 295 on the 1st of Feb 2008
