I love to do sports. I run a lot, I go to the gym alot and I referee football for little league and high school. I love to do just about any kind of exercise. I have been running and lifting hard for the past three years. Now it is time for me to cut back on weight and get more trim. I joined a fitness challenge at my gym. Free cruise to winner. That would be nice, but I mostly just want to win. Never was a competitor before, but I like it.
I realized 4 years ago, that I let my weight go and got really chunky. I don't like that. I also know that as I get older, my frame can't handle carrying 280 lbs. So hopefully I can shed this weight. My goal now is 240, but I am sure I will lower that more once it is reached. I noticed that my running is improving as the weight goes down.
