Was a college athlete...stayed in great physical condition and healthy wieght until after college...then progressively got larger. Lost 80+ pounds then gave birth to my beautiful baby girl...then gained 90+ pounds back. :( Still have no health problems...but turned 40 last Year...and it is only a matter of time at this weight. Have to do something!!
