So every once in a while I get really motivated. I'm in that mode again. I'm doing intermittent fasting and if you look at my calendar its working pretty good for ya man here. Every other day I water fast...NO FOOD and still work out. The goal is to do 1 hour every evening and 1 hour every morning. I'm achieving my goal most days.
