After Weight Watchers online refused to be usable for me for the past few days, I finally canceled my account and I'm back here. I'm super excited to see how much fatsecret has improved and expanded. :)

I'm using a combo of diets because I can't stick to one thing...I'm using some of the Weight Watchers products, SlimFast (primarily because I don't have a lot of time right now and the shake mixes with ice are a great sub for ice cream!), and the techniques from The Beck Diet Solution book. I'm really frustrated that I started in January thinking I'd give myself plenty of time to be beach-ready before attending a friend's wedding in CA in August, but having no immediate deadlines for weight loss has the same effect as having no immediate deadlines at work does for me - I procrastinate because it's not urgent. Ugh. So here I am, still with 20-30 lbs. to lose.
