午餐:蔬菜➕蔥蛋➕紅燒雞腿(忘了拍照)
晚餐:蔬菜➕筍➕雞肉
晚上點心:槡椹吐司(鄰居送的剛出爐,忍不住拔了ㄧ些來吃)

運動:30分鐘,跑步機顯示消耗165卡路里

早上空腹體重67.3
晚上睡前體重67.8
