Mau nanya dong asli sih bingung sudah baca beberapa jurnal member fs tapi masih bingung juga, BMR saya 1300, sedangkan TDEE saya 1700, selama ini kalo makan sehari biaranya sekitar 1100-1200 kalo mau turunin sudah bener segitu kalorinya atau gimana ya?
