Down another 2.5 lbs. I would love to be wearing a size 10 for my daughter's wedding in July. I need to get myself to believe that's possible. I think it means another 5 inches from my waist. Anyone have any advice on how to do that?

I'm happy to even be imagining that this could be in my future. I feel so much better. I was able to walk up 5 flights of stairs with out having my knees screaming out.

Congrats - you had a great week! You have about 3 months before the wedding...given your progress to date you should make your goal, right? Keep up the fabulous work.

In order to lose those 5 inches you have to concentrat on waist exercises. I think one of the easiest is to get a dowl or stick about 1 1/2" thick and about a foot longer than your arm span. Place it on your shoulders, stand straigt with your feet slightly apart & don't let your hips move and twist from side to side. 2nd with your stick on your soulders bend from side to side with your feet slightly apart. Keep increasing the repititions and this will really help! MrsCLG
