okra. bisa buat infuse water jg.. cm nnti jadi berlendir2.. cm byk manfaatnya

@masterwong okra namanya kak. Dia isinya nanti kaya ada biji2 gt. Trs berlendir gt dia. Bisa di rebus doang atau di tumis. Klo di rebus enaknya di cocol cabe kecap gt atau sambal terasi yg di pakein cuka gt. Rasanya enak sih 🤤 kalorinya rendah bagus buat pencernaan juga hehe
