I knew I would gain this week b/c losing last week was attributed to the entire weekend with the flu. I am surprised that of the 5 lbs lost last week, I am only down 1 overall. Tonight I had ice cream after I weighed in b/c I was beyond frustrated. I pass up every treat my family or friends have. I went out this week with friends and we went to a buffet. I had a salad and a cup of soup. No roll or dessert or anything. It looks like I used a lot of dressing, but the container they used it flew out and I doubt I used all of that. I would rather overestimate than underestimate. Oh well-just frustrated. I even gave some of the "frustrated" ice cream I ate tonight to the dog. I am back on eating well and moving forward.
