Only a few days since my last weigh in but I've made a habit of checking on Sunday. Last 2 days have been harder to track because I've eaten out, ironically, with my fittest friend. Didn't go overboard though. Only 5kg to goal but I'm thinking of adjusting things and dropping an additional 15-30lbs.
