Yawwwwwn- I'm tired....and sore (yesssssssss but ouch @ the same time). I got a GREAT leg workout in yesterday. It just felt good to go to the gym w/ the purpose of lifting. I wasn't sure it I was using heavy enough weight (because its been soooo long) but alas, I was :D I also took the Myoplex Lite and the CLA.
No cardio today, stuck @ home w/ no car. But that isn't really an excuse.
I got on the scale this morning to see if any of that weight I lost while I was sick stuck.........of course not. 168.5 lbs But a girl can always wish. I'm still down from the beginning of the challegne (172) and I wanna keep it that way. Monday will tell. But for the most part, I like the B4L workout, it seems quick, although it take like 45 mins. I do know that my legs just about gave out on when while I was doing lunges, lol.
Well, off to bed. Tomorrow's Friday! Gotta try and be well rested for the weekend so that I can go to the gym.
