karna kalori belum mencukupi utk hari ini dengan berat hati akhirnya minum susu wrp yg tnggi protein krn kebutuhan protein belum cukup jg.pdhal skrg lgi nerapin intermitten fasting ato ocd gagal dehh..bsok back on track lgi dehh..
