i had a veggie burger and a HUGE slice of bavarian cheesecake last night, which means, it had chocolate cake on top of cheesecake. Wow. I should have just gone with a chocolate mousse.
I am trying to add another health benefit into my daily schedule, I'm going to try doing as many sit-ups before I get up in the morning. Because bicylcing is not making my belly floppiness go away. This morning I got up to 30, no problem, I'm going to aim a little higher, say, 35, next week. I'm not going to push myself too fast. Maybe 40 next week is better?
Other than the mishap last night, I had a lot of crackers at a sleepover on friday. I had no idea it was a sleepover until I got there.
