am watching the fat intake and cals as opposed to carbs... and drinking lotsa water and other unsweetened drinks..and am feeling ok...gonna wait to weigh in for a few weeks till i am not ill with kidneys and ovaries and all that jazz as i seem to be retaining fluid and have appts coming up with specialist next week..also am heading for that TOM..so i will weigh in and only record if i lose....otherwise ill get depressed...gonna try to do some pain relief pills too so that i may get some form of excercise in..have roofers coming the beginning of the week..so not looking forward to that...well, feeling weak and sleppy so gonna go chill with my guy Lou as he hasta work tonite...so have a good night everyone..spreading the love <3
