AAGH! Awful head cold. I didn't exercise yesterday cuz I felt so yucky. I am going to attempt a work out right now. Anything is better than nothing right?

AAGH! is right....the cold/flu went around to LOTS of folks here in the last couple of months...I can relate AND sympathize...I was really sick for a couple weeks or more....mine turned into sinus infection tho...so took longer.....YOU take it easy - don't do too much when your'e not feeling good....Take CARE of you....we need ya healthy for the race....GO BLACK PORSCHE's

Winter drives me nuts! Illness, cold, snow, shoveling! To much! I hope you are feeling MUCH better I hnoticed a weigh in! GREAT JOB!! Gettin' close to goal! Yeah baby.... Burn those tires........
