《 減脂減重Day14 — 砍掉重減Day3 》

(早餐) 蘋果 x1 + Manora蝦餅50g
(午餐) 麻辣乾拌麵 + 燙高麗菜100g + 貢丸 x3顆
(下午茶點) Manora蝦餅30g + Big C海鹽海苔12g
(晚餐) Big C海鹽海苔60g x1大包
(運動) 慢跑半小時
(喝水量) 約3000cc

今天好像又亂亂吃了,根本就是零食日嘛😅
果不其然鈉含量破錶了,不知這樣明天會不會水腫🤔
