na! don't give up...maybe you just need to switch things up. I have found that when i'm at home i eat really good, but when i'm away, i don't fret too much about food. I think that b/c my body gets a whack of 'bad' stuff every so often, but then if get my butt back on track, it works to my advantage. don't put it off til winter, you are doing good that you aren't gaining what you've lost, so just stick it out!!! :)
