Finally!!! I finally got another place on rent. Phew! I'm so relieved.
But the good thing about the stress was the fact that I used the weight loss and the subsequent increase in my stamina and mobility, to ward off the binging. And, guess what, it worked!!!
Now, the stress has almost disappeared and I just need to find another flatmate to share the flat. (It's expensive.)
There was another side effect of the weight loss because it meant that I need a lot less calories than earlier. That is something I am struggling with. I suppose it would take me time to find a balance because right now, I am usually hungry after eating just the allotted calories. Maybe, I should see about increasing my veggie and fruit intake and reduce the cabs. I do need to feel full with just the defined calories and get the nutrition that my body needs.
