@redzoot. Hi, asalkan total kalori harian tetap dalam kalori defisit (fat loss) & asupan karbo, protein & lemak tercukupi harusnya ga masalah yaa. Bisa coba di ikutin meal plan dr alvin hartanto ini ya biar ga bingung harus makan apa aja: (aku juga lg nyoba pke meal plan dia)
- sarapan (karbo kompleks+protein dari dairy product)
- lunch (daging, sayur/buah/karbo kompleks/ nasi 4sdm/1 kepal)
- makan malam biasanya sama dengan makan siang.
- snack: aku biasa buah
