the BEST thing I could have done for myself was to buy a kitchen scale. I realized today I have been seriously under-stating my calories. I measured my cereal for the first time this morning & I was eating 2 servings before, if not 2 & 1/2!! I also weighed my milk & I was over too. I am truly convinced that anyone who is trying to lose weight may be self-sabotaging if they are not using a scale. Have a healthy day buddies!!
