Day 5 and I am down another pound. I was really surprised because yesterday I actually thought that I have overeaten.
Breakfast - omelete, with low fat string cheese, left over mushroom and onions from dinner.
mid morning snack: 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 fat/sugar free jello pudding,
Lunch: sugar free jello, homemade coleslaw with low carb homemade mayo, small piece of steak,
Afternoon snack: about 30 small almonds, laughing cow cheese x 2,
Dinner: salad with boiled egg, piece of low fat cheese, parm. cheese, and low carb mayo.
Dessert: Low fat yogurt, and yet another sugar free jello. Is this too much for Phase 1?
