Good Monday morning everyone...
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend ...my was very enjoyable...
Im back at work today... 3 days off and its time to get into the swing of things of a more structured way of living lol..
My daughters bf who is trained in martial arts and continues to take classes...will be assisting me and my daughter in the beginner classes of the art of ty quan do....
We also will be working out to the kick boxing videos that I had recently purchased for strength
My daughter is taken criminal law at UC so she is going to be learning this anyway and needs to work on it herself and I want the strength and discipline that it provides..
we all have dabbled in it in our gym downstairs but now its going to be a routine in all of our daily lives...Im very pumped for this training...
Im still doing zero carb on and off for the energy it provides but also a mixture of lower carb veggies on other days too...
my water intake is better....and things are beginning to move forward I believe
I have broke the hovering and after tonights session of the ty quan do and kick boxing something will definitely move lol

I use to sweetie and then I had changed to the MCT oil...its a coconut oil so you get the fat like butter but its known for stimulating energy and clarity and I need both..Im looking more for the martial art classes as a form of discipline and strength but also protection too...I hope you have a great week my dear sweet friend xoxoxo;)
