I haven't logged onto this website for a while, but I have been following the diet. I had a rough week two weeks ago, which ended with a weight gain of a pound, leaving me with 218 pounds last Friday. Since I've been losing about three pounds a week, this upset me a lot. But I am back on track, and I weighed in on Monday at 217, so I'm back to my weight two weeks ago. I'd like to lose another pound by Friday.
To be completely honest, I have been doing dreadful in my late night snacking. That's what kills me. I have about a three point breakfast, and then two small six point lunches throughout the day. It's usually around 10pm when I get hungry again, and I've had 18 points, and I have 9 remaining. I start snacking and snacking and I can't stop and I usually end up about two or three points over. I very much want to get to 210 very soon, and begin doing 26 points instead. I need top discipline myself back to my motivation that I had back in December.
I'm going back to New Jersey in three and a half weeks, and I would love to lose about ten pounds by then, but I'm going to set my goal at seven (to be 210 pounds). If I can make it until then, I'll be very satisfied and feel very accomplished. The only thing then is holding myself back from indulging when I'm home. Just need to eat grilled chicken and salads. That'll get me through.
I'm going to try and visit this site more regularly, but I'm just getting so busy with work and school that it's hard to fit it in. In any event, thanks for reading!
