At the end of 2 weeks of doing IF and feeling really good about this strategy. No huge strides number wise but feeling good in body. It fits the way my day to day life works surprisingly well which IMO is key for any approach to all this. I feel this will become the long term 'baseline' meal pattern with situational deviations as needed or desired.

Coffee and work time at hand. Hope everyone as a good day, review your plans and execute accordingly.
