Losing inches but not pounds. Boo.

Inches are still good to lose! It means you're toning up and getting more lean muscle on your body which will help burn more calories and lose more weight!

Losing fat/inches is actually more important than the scale. You can be at a low weight and still carry to much unhealthy fat on your body. I think it is better to be 150 pounds and a size 4 than 140 pounds an a size 8. Exercise can make a big difference. Your scale will move again. It just takes patience.

Thank you for the advise! I am feeling defeated lately with the lack of the scale movement!
