Voorspoed,ek neem aan jy is ook op die 28dae dieet plan. Ek het op 13 Feb 18 begin is vandag R3D10. Het verlede Donderdag 79kg gèweeg 14.3kg af. More is weegdag sal dan kyk hoe het dit gegaan.
