Well crap. inadvertently broke the fasting window with a bottle of diet mt. dew. never knew it had some calorie content. oh well, no regrets because I wanted the taste, but lesson learned and tomorrow is another day.

Nah, no crushing, :D Just a reminder to myself to keep the head in the game pay attention. Mindfulness is the key! Enjoyed every bit of that damn bottle :)

when I started my fasting I was drinking my coffee with milk in the morning a couple of days, some people say that you can consume 50 calories or less and you still will be fasting, but now I like to do it with 0 calories .
