Been dairy free for 17 days now. My skin is looking amazing, no more spots and even the blackheads seems to be diminishing.
Weight wise things are going along slowly. Still bouncing around between 60.5 and 61kg but I think slowly the bounces up are getting less and getting lower. Also my clothes are getting looser despite the lack of progress on the scales so a bit of muscle gain may also be responsible for this.
