No snack last night before going to bed. That's amazing for me. I tend to want to eat something even if I am not hungry. Well, last night I was slightly hungry, but told myself it is OKAY to go to sleep hungry. I will not die. Ha-Ha. In fact, it will help the weight to come off. Two days now of eating healthy. No junk. It showed on the scale this morning. Thank you God for self control. Here's to another day of fighting off temptation and feeling great as a result!!!
