I suppose any week that you lose weight is a good week even though I only lost 0.25 kg (0.5 lb) but can't complain. Getting closer to my target weight. Should not be too long now before I hit it (I hope!!) The injury that I had last week cleared up in a couple of days so I did not lose too much time in the gym.
