(午餐) ❌早餐吃太好了,午餐跳過沒吃。
(晚餐) 炒高麗菜100g + 炒地瓜葉150g + 炸花枝丸x4顆
+ 芹菜炒花枝&蝦餅200g
75.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
