i dont know if moving is considered exercise.. but hell im sure gonna count it.. cuz my entire body is killing me. the stairs, up nd down, lifting, squats. ugh.. im chillin tommirrow. nite FS fam, I AM DONE!!!

Moving does take a toll on your body! I paint 5 days a week now and though I only do it 3-4 hours a day, just carrying around 5 gallon buckets and going up and down the ladder, I can feel my quads, so I take time every morning to do some stretches so I do not hurt the muscles, remember to stretch today after a brief warm up to help your muscles strengthen and lengthen.... GOOD JOB!

Your body is counting it so i would too.

It definitely counts. I dropped almost three pounds week before last hauling stuff around and I made sure to stay hydrated. It’s just hard on the body if you’re not used to it. Especially joints and the back if you’re not careful.
