I am up .4 lbs this week. I tracked everyday and stayed within my points range. Usually I would be pissed off that I was up instead of down this week but, I am trying to readjust my attitude.

So I am telling myself that I didn't just gain...I maintained !! Next week will be better!!

I Love this Cutler picture lol. When this happens to me (it happens to everyone) I re-evaluate what I have been doing and if I don't see any places where I could have improved I think about the situation as if the Weight Watcher Gods are testing me. They want to see how serious I am about changing. I stay focused and determined, (like your Cutler picture)! The following week or weeks the weight starts coming off again. TOWANDA!!!

Thank you for the advice...I am starting to realize that lasting change often takes a lot longer than just a day or a couple of weeks and I am learning patience. :)
