Worst Monday ever. I want to swear but I shouldn't. No details, just imagine the worst thing you have had to do as an adult, that was my Monday. As a food-aholic I should have run to the pantry and eaten everything I can't and shouldn't have. Except I didn't, I was not interested. I was not hungry. I did not eat. I am broken.
