got in a "tiff" w/ hubby late last nite. was so mad! i went into the baTHRoom and did some weight sets w/ my light weights. worked my triceps which really need work! also did some resistance stuff for arms w/ therabands i have. that tired me out a bit. i was able to fall asleep. my blood sugar this am was 76! not bad.... i did not even feel that hungry ....its weird i feel hungrier after i eat my lunch meal of a snmall peaunut butter and sandwich thin with 1/2 aN APPLE than i did when i work up with morning. i don't have meter to check blook sugar levels i bet they are much higher
