4 sdm oat
1 sdm madu

Pisang dihancurin dulu, baru tambahin aja semua bahannya, mix lagi sampai rata adonannya
Abis itu tuang adonan ke pan kasih minyak dikitttt aja, masak kayak bikin pancake biasanya, gitu hehe
