I can't seem to stop this chocolate thing now 5 nights in a row I've over indulged in chocolate and went over my calories maintain I can't stop and it is frustrating me

Chocolate seems to be a siren song for you, hey? Get it out of the house, for Christ's sake! It's one thing to honestly enjoy a piece or two, but to binge on it is insane! If you truly enjoyed the taste, I doubt you'd keep going so long because you'd be savoring the two experiences instead of indiscriminately gorging. Bored? Self-sabotage? Pay attention to what you're putting in your mouth. Put two pieces on a plate and when it's gone, it's gone. Why do you keep shoveling it in there?

I’d try getting it out of the house. Or keeping a minimal supply at home. Can’t be tempted if there’s no temptation! At the same time, don’t totally beat yourself up, we are all human and all have ups and downs. Try to focus on figuring out what is making you binge....and try to find an alternative boost. What makes you happy? Are you a musician, gamer, movie buff, outdoorsy etc. Maybe go buy a new game/movie/music, clothing....Anything that may give you a rush of dopamine that won’t be detrimental to the lifestyle you’re trying to accomplish.
