Small miracles. I had half a turkey sandwich for lunch yesterday and still managed to lose a bit of weight (even if I do feel a bit bloated). Overall doing well. My workout partner bailed on me this morning – which was okay – gave me a chance to try out a couple of weight machines I don’t normally use. Been a busy week at work so I am looking forward to the weekend.
