OK winter trucking has taken it’s toll. It’s time to start counting carbs again! It’s great to have this detail of what we put in our bodies. But for me I must have exercise! Without it, my dieting really has little effect. Also don’t want to start burning muscle. 40 minutes on the treadmill last night was sooooooo good! 😎👍
