I did slimming world 18 months ago and lost 20lbs - I had been great then the new year came around and I’ve put 13lbs back on. I’m going away in 8 weeks and would like to drop a stone so I’m just under 9 Stone, then after the holiday keep working to get me down to 8st 8
I’m 5ft 3 and have also given up drinking. Two months sober now.
